1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "yz777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at yz777.lat, including all associated services, games, features, and content made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the yz777 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total monetary value held within a Player's yz777 Account, comprising deposited funds, credited bonuses, and accrued winnings, less any amounts wagered, withdrawn, or forfeited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by yz777 under any promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, specialty games, and any other wagering products made available through the yz777 platform.
• "VIP Program" refers to the yz777 Black Diamond VIP loyalty program comprising six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond — each conferring specific privileges and benefits as described in yz777's VIP terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks required by yz777 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming activity in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, is an employee or immediate family member of an yz777 employee, or has been self-excluded from the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the yz777 platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold reflects the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law and the regulations of PAGCOR. yz777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the yz777 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the yz777 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. yz777 makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To open an yz777 Account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested;
3. Not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms;
4. Agree to these Terms & Conditions in full;
5. Agree to the yz777 Privacy Policy.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered yz777 Account. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, payment method linkage, or other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, yz777 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit all balances therein without compensation.

2.5 Account Accuracy. You are obliged to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any change in your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address must be updated in your Account settings promptly. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your yz777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your Account. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. yz777 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify yz777 immediately via the live chat support function. yz777 will conduct a reasonable investigation and may temporarily freeze your Account pending resolution. yz777 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification. yz777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with yz777. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

3.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. yz777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts after written notification to the Account holder's registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. yz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment methods, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, and Metrobank. yz777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made through GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your yz777 Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times. yz777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: within approximately 3–5 minutes of approval for verified accounts;
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank: same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST);
• Diamond and Black Diamond VIP members receive priority processing.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the available verified Real Money Funds in your Account; (d) yz777 may conduct AML due diligence before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.5 Withdrawal Destination. yz777 applies a return-to-source policy where practicable: winnings derived from deposits made via GCash will be returned to the same GCash account. Where this is not possible due to payment method limitations, yz777 will designate an alternative approved method and notify the Player accordingly.

4.6 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). yz777 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player using non-PHP payment instruments are solely the responsibility of that Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. yz777 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. Failing to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived directly from them.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions. yz777 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a Player has exploited a promotion through irregular wagering patterns, use of automated betting systems, hedging across outcomes, or any other practice inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Repeated or systematic abuse of promotions constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account suspension.

5.4 VIP Program. Participation in the yz777 Black Diamond VIP Program is subject to the VIP Program terms published on the platform. VIP tier status, cashback rates, and associated privileges may be modified by yz777 at any time. Black Diamond tier membership is by invitation only and is subject to ongoing review. yz777 reserves the right to adjust or revoke VIP tier status without liability.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability. yz777 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game from its platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location, device, or Account status. yz777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP). yz777 publishes theoretical RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on the platform. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events and are inherently unpredictable.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game in progress, yz777 will endeavour to reconstruct the relevant game state from available server-side data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager placed for the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. yz777's decision in such circumstances shall be final.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the yz777 platform. VIP tier members may have access to higher bet limits as part of their tier benefits.

6.5 Finality of Results. Game results recorded by yz777's game management system are final and conclusive. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on your device and the result recorded by yz777's server, the server-side record shall prevail.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yz777 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or gaming process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with yz777 games, the platform interface, or any customer-facing system;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or promotional structures;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in a manner inconsistent with fair play;
• Using the yz777 platform to launder funds or facilitate any activity that is prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended;
• Accessing the yz777 platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Allowing any third party to use your Account, or using any Account other than your own;
• Opening an Account if you are a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward yz777 staff or other Platform users through any channel.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the yz777 platform — including but not limited to the yz777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software code, user interface designs, promotional materials, written content, and any other creative works — is the exclusive property of yz777 or is licensed to yz777 by its respective owners. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. yz777 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any yz777 content without prior written consent.

8.3 Feedback. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide to yz777 regarding the platform may be used by yz777 freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. yz777 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may affect platform availability from time to time. yz777 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of scheduled downtime in advance.

9.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yz777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including but not limited to claims relating to game outcomes, bonus credits, withdrawals, or technical malfunctions — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited with yz777 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusions. yz777 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special damages; (c) losses arising from your own negligence or breach of these Terms; (d) losses arising from events beyond yz777's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures.

9.4 Gambling Losses. You acknowledge and accept that gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. yz777 accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses you sustain as a result of using the platform. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your yz777 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance in your Account. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure and are not withdrawable.

11.2 Closure by yz777. yz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where yz777 determines in its reasonable discretion that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account was opened in violation of eligibility requirements; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (d) yz777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or by yz777 — you will lose access to all platform features. Verified Real Money Funds (net of any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited in all circumstances of Account closure initiated by yz777 for breach of these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. yz777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the yz777 platform with a revised Effective Date. Where changes are material, yz777 will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or mobile number with reasonable advance notice.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the yz777 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the yz777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of yz777. Nothing in this clause prevents yz777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other rights.

13.3 Informal Resolution. Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally through direct communication. 13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
